This tour requires pre-registration.Dr. Shundana Yusaf will lead a bus tour of notable buildings and sites in the Salt Lake Valley. Stops will include St. Joseph the Worker church, the offices of FFKR Architects, Temple Square, and the McCune Mansion. Professor Yusaf is tenured faculty at the University of Utah’s School of Architecture and holds a PhD in Architectural History and Theory from Princeton University.
This tour was designed to bring ARLIS members to buildings and locations they would otherwise have a difficult time seeing while staying in Salt Lake. While in route, Professor Yusaf will provide information about other sites that are more accessible to visitors.
