Cristina Fontánez holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and a certificate in Archives and Preservation of Cultural Materials. Her Interests include community and digital archives, oral history and, the role of social justice in archival science. She is currently a National Digital Stewardship Residency for Art Information resident at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
